    Ook al is de kanker stabiel, voormalig scheikundeleraar en meth-maker Walter White (Cranston) kan het niet even rustig aan doen. Zijn vrouw (Anna Gunn) wil van hem scheiden, zijn zwager en DEA-agent (Dean Norris) zit achter hem aan en een Mexicaans drugskartel heeft het op zijn leven gemunt. Ondanks alles werkt Walt aan een deal die hem een fortuin kan opleveren, maar de prijs is hoog.
